According to Wikipedia, “Mystery shopping….is a tool used by Mystery Shopping Providers…. to measure quality of retail service or gather specific information about products and services. Mystery Shopping [is] performed by a person, so called Mystery Shopper, who is unknown to the establishment the shopper is evaluating. Mystery shoppers perform specific tasks and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.
Insight Twenty20 works (and can work with) with any service-related industries. This includes, but is not limited to, restaurants, night clubs, retailers, hotels and resorts, golf courses, movie theaters, and property management.
Insight Twenty20 implements an extensive selection process to retain “cream of the crop” mystery shoppers. This includes initial discussion, orientation and thorough background checks. Our highly qualified mystery shoppers span various demographics and can easily blend into any scenario to fit your business customer base and environment. We also have mystery shoppers who specialize in foreign languages to play the part of the “unsuspecting tourist.” Many of our Insight Twenty20 shoppers have over 10+ years of mystery shopping experience.
Each client has different protocol and standards, hence each client has a customized form to obtain the best results. We have generic industry-related forms, however, we strongly recommend that a client create their own evaluation form or we can combine it with our form.
Pricing is based on survey complexity, visit duration and frequency. For pricing information and a proposal, please contact us. We will be more than happy to meet with you to discuss how we can create a cost-effective program for you.
Our clients receive the feedback two ways. Once the feedback is reviewed and checked for accuracy, the client will receive an email notification with a PDF format of the evaluation. Clients also have the option of logging into our mystery shopping program with a provided user ID and password to access all historical evaluations from Day 1. Please see the Process page for more detailed info.
